GENERAL INFORMATION
Is the Gallery admission free?
Yes, it’s completely free and opened to the public. Moreover we encourage admirers of our artists to browse exhibitions at their pleasure. If you would like to write an article for your magazine or your blog, just ask us!
I’d like to view some artworks from your previous exhibitions, is it possible?
Please contact the gallery to arrange a suitable time. We keep selected pieces from all artists we represent in our showroom.

How can I find out new releases and special events?
You can find out about new releases or forthcoming events by subscribing to our newsletters.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
Click on “subscribing to our newsletters” on the top-right of the screen and fill in all required information. You will then receive an email confirming your newsletter-subscription has been created.
How do I search for an item or artist on your website?
You can search for artists and items on our website by typing part or all words into the “Search box” on top-right of the screen.
What do I do if I’m having trouble viewing your website?

What are your opening times?
Wednesday- Saturday: 11am – 6:30pm

Do you have a framing service?
We don’t have an in-house service but we can recommend you a framer that we use.

We are opened from Wednesday to Saturday.
SUBMISSION POLICY
Artist submissions are only accepted via email with the subject line “Submissions.” Include 72dpi images or an artist website for consideration.

INTERNSHIPS
We offer internships to motivated, self starting students and recent graduates seeking experience in gallery administration, curating, art handling and marketing.
our internships are 6-month long with a 20 hour/week commitment. Please drop off resume and cover letter in person for consideration.
PAYMENTS
How do I buy artworks from WestBerlin Gallery?
Purchases can be made in three ways, either by buying on our online shop (24/7), by phone: +49 (0)30 548 566 29 or by visiting the gallery in person.
What methods of payments do you accept?
Cash, EC, Maestro, Visa & Mastercards, American Express, Bank Transfer, Paypal.
DELIVERY
Can I Track my order?
Most orders should be reached within 1 week. However if you do not receive your item after 20 days, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking the item. When contacting us please have your order number to hand. eMail: info@westberlingallery.com
Will I receive my order in time?
To ensure you receive your order in time for special events such as Christmas or a birthday gift we suggest you call the WestBerlin Gallery on +49 (0)30 548 566 29 to make an order via phone-call and to get a quote for a specialist courier service.

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you have any questions about shipping costs, feel free to contact us.
